My Approach
Often, psychotherapy focuses on people’s deficiencies which I find unhelpful. I believe that paying attention to good things helps people cope with difficulties more effectively.
The method I work with is called Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. It is a modern and well-researched approach. In our sessions, I may ask: “What in your life should definitely stay the way it is?” With this focus, clients find existing resources for the changes they want.
Duration & Fees
Clients choose how often to come. In general, sessions take place from once a week to once a month.
If you come alone, a session costs €60. With your partner, it costs €80. A family session costs €110. Each session lasts 50 minutes.
My Office
My quiet and cozy practice is located a 4-minute walk from Praterstern station.
